When you request an appointment, TBL uses your name, phone number and email to manage the request, verify your deposit, and contact you about your service. Your Instagram name is optional.

Notes for your appointment

Only share information that helps Lex prepare for your service. Allergy and sensitivity notes are optional and are shown to staff with your appointment details.

Receipts and messages

Bank-transfer receipts are sent to TBL through WhatsApp. A receipt reference or verification note is recorded with your booking. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms. Booking notifications to the studio contain the appointment reference and date, rather than your private notes.

Saved details and birthday offers

Birthday month and day are optional; no birth year is requested. Promotional emails require a separate opt-in. You can withdraw that choice in your saved profile or by contacting Lex. Email sign-in uses an essential session cookie lasting up to 30 days. Your private appointment links grant access to your appointments; keep them private.

Photos are your choice

The photo permission box is optional and starts unchecked. TBL records your choice with your appointment. Contact Lex if you want to change it.

Access and records

Appointment details are available to authorised staff. TBL keeps booking and payment-verification records to manage appointments and resolve queries. Contact Lex about correcting information or requesting deletion; some records may need to be retained to resolve outstanding payment or service questions.

Website services

The site uses Google Fonts to load its typefaces. Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie. During booking, your browser may keep a temporary request reference so that a saved request can be recovered after a connection problem.
